Women’s Empowerment

When we give some of ourselves away and give back, we increase our self-worth and we feel an additional sense of purpose. To give is better then to receive; for sure! We know there are hundreds of worthwhile organizations that are for women and we would like to share these with you . We encourage you to share your volunteer information with others here and also keep us in the loop on new ones ; or request volunteers for projects that would allow women to help make a positive difference. Do you recall being young? How we got dirty and had fun making mud pies? Children give us permission to act childish. If you haven't acted childish lately get around some small children and finger paint or make some mud pies. or play on a SWING. There is the thing which gets me feeling young again . If I really want to laugh and get carried away I read, Go Dog Go.(my favorite little kid book)…. I volunteered in the preschool section of church and WOW …the teachers are fabulous. It was a joy piecing together a 6 piece puzzle with the kids. Seeing the joy of completion on their faces. The I did “IT” look is precious. Then I had a little skip in my stride the rest of the day .
